Founded in 2009, PP Asset Management Ltd (“PPAM”) is an independent investment and asset management company based in London, UK. We serve as the exclusive investment vehicle for our owner, Philip Pels. We have a deep background in residential and commercial property development and renewable energy development.

Our flagship investments include Susgen – a leading capital provider and partner to renewable energy developers in the UK and the US and The Park Property Group – a UK property developer.
